Episode 19 starts off with grim statistics around the world about the #COVID19 statistics. In light of that news, today we focused on the reading of God’s Word from several Psalms linked below interspersed with songs of worship and reflection. I am burdened for the people in the world that are dying, have died and will likely die. I know we are not promised a life free of suffering nor physical death, especially since we have chosen to go our own way without God (We talked about that in other episodes.) I pray that my children would grow to care about the needs of people around the world. I admit we do live sheltered from many of the concerns that other families experience as we are a US Military family stationed here in South Korea (we have a steady paycheck, medical care, and an additional layer of leadership and protections for example…); I am thankful for what we have been given though only by the grace of the Lord. I pray that we would continue to have compassion for others and appeal to God on the behalf of those around the world in great need including those who do not know Him. May you come to know the Lord in a personal way during this time.

John 14:6 – Jesus says that He is the WAY, the TRUTH, and the LIFE
‘And you know the way to where I am going.” Thomas said to him, “Lord, we do not know where you are going. How can we know the way?” Jesus said to him, “I am the way, and the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me. If you had known me, you would have known my Father also. From now on you do know him and have seen him.” ‘ John 14:4-7 https://my.bible.com/bible/59/JHN.14.4-7

Thank you again for joining in and praying for us #togetherathome and others around the world. I pray this time encourages you to dig into your Bibles and to seek #truth and the understanding that comes from the Lord. This is our 5th week of “no school at school” as everyone here continues to go to school online to minimize group gatherings and help prevent the spread of the #coronavirus in #Daegu, South Korea. I am thankful for our local leadership’s efforts. I am in prayer as I see the news of the spread of this virus and many deaths around the world. I will continue this “Bible Time & Worship” online ministry as long as God gives me the ‘go’ to be used in this way. If so, I plan to be on at noon (Daegu time) via FB every Monday – Friday. Remember, God is able and #Godisbiggerthanxyz (any situation we may be facing). It is in Jesus that I continue to place my hope and trust. I pray you do are doing that too. Sincerely, Sejana
