Bible time & Worship Episode 4 Grace & Love of God

God made this world and everything in it and it was good. He made people- man and woman in His image and it was very good. Everything was perfect. This was God’s design. However, our world today is broken as a result of the choices we made to choose our own way and disobey God. We experience the consequences from our actions and others in various ways today. But God, in His great love, grace and mercy towards us, He made a way through Jesus that we would be able to come back to Him. We now have hope and peace. We can share this with others who are living in darkness and despair. We can share the light of Christ and live out who we were created to be.

Thank you for joining us! I pray it is encouraging to you. (songset starts at 37:55)
See you tomorrow at the same time 12 noon Daegu to join in. I appreciate your prayers and messages of encouragement for us.

We read Genesis 1, portions of Genesis 2, and Genesis 3 today.

In between our Bible Time, we sang 4 songs together; you can download a lyric sheet below to sing along with the video too.

Good Good Father- Patt Barrett & Anthony Brown

Death Was Arrested – North Point Worship

Call It Grace – Unspoken

How He Loves – John Mark McMillan

We concluded our time focusing on these verses here. May we think about these passages until we are able to meet again. I am thankful for the Holy Spirit, the Helper, with us to help us know Truth. I am also thankful for the Word of God preserved in the Bible. I am so thankful that God still provided for us even though we willingly went, and still do, go our own way without consulting God.

Romans 5:8 ‘but God shows his love for us in that while we were still sinners, Christ died for us. ‘

Romans 10:9-11 ‘because, if you confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. For with the heart one believes and is justified, and with the mouth one confesses and is saved. For the Scripture says, “Everyone who believes in him will not be put to shame.” ‘

John 3:16-17‘”For God so loved the world, that he gave his only Son, that whoever believes in him should not perish but have eternal life. For God did not send his Son into the world to condemn the world, but in order that the world might be saved through him. ‘

I enjoy the sun today during the 4th Episode here in Daegu, South Korea. Things are starting to feel a bit “old” cooped up in our homes to help contain the spread of the coronavirus. We actually walked outside yesterday after Episode 3 for the first time in a week and the streets were not a ‘ghost town’ but there were definitely less people. Almost everyone had on a mask. Today’s Bible reading was from Genesis 1 and Genesis 3 mostly read by my children as we got into our time of worship with God today. Join us LIVE tomorrow if you can at noon Daegu time. Thank you for your prayers about this situation around the world.

Now, the next day there are 1500+ confirmed cases according to Arirang News. We live in Daegu / Taegu, the hardest hit area in South Korea.

Continue to message me or comment with your prayer requests or scriptures. I pray this is helpful for you and see you again tomorrow at the same time. Join me each day (we are on restricted gathering directives per the @usagdaegu_area4 leadership team) from #Daegu as we wait on news regarding the #coronavírus #covid19 for a time of #biblestudy and #worship. I #pray that it #encouragesomeone to #trust in the Lord. 🥰🥰🥰 We will simply have a time each day to meet before the Lord together from wherever you are. I will be on at noon (Daegu, Korea time) each day.
