Introducing my new initiative I’m calling “Scripture Lectio” which is now held on SUNDAY’S 8-9pm CDT online. Join me if you can here! This group offering has been going on since August 2025. This is a time for you to be filled by the Holy One in community. Join together with others who are also seeking to read, hear, give and receive offerings based on a passage of Scripture in a contemplative-style but community based online small group. • Every SUNDAY 8-9pm CDT* (adjusted time due to Daylight Savings)

• Time zone: America/Chicago (please adjust to YOUR time zone so you don’t miss it!) Time Zone Converter here!

• Scripture text sign-up (once you have participated at least once) share the Scripture and the date you want to lead/propose here!
• Scripture Lectio Google Group for informal group communications (once you have participated at least once) request to join here!

Who this is for

• Anyone, from any denomination or background, who wants to respectfully participate (meaning able to listen and able to share in our online community with others that you probably won’t know).
• Those open to learn a new spiritual practice (or participate in this) with myself and others.
• People who want to grow deeper in their relationship with God (and others).

Suggestions for this time

• An internet connection at our set time.
• A quiet space where you can focus and notice what comes up from the Scripture readings.
• A Bible, any translation.
• Something to journal with or to write down promptings that you want to remember.
