Invitation to share as I begin to close my time here on the border

Today, Sunday, right after church starts my official countdown of one week left here serving alongside Ministerio Golan in Brownsville with Pastor Carlos Navarro and others as a Fellowship Southwest Intern. I’m inviting YOU to share with me as I prepare to close my time here.

This is what I shared earlier this week:

I’m wrapping up my time here and soon will have only 1 more week left. Share with me (privately or here) what are the questions (concerns or fears) you’ve been wondering about as I’ve shared about my time here on the border. I’d love to create content that specifically addresses your questions from my perspective. Please share them with me by this Sunday as the countdown to return home from the border begins!

Blessings and peace,

Sejana

Hi! I’m Sejana and I’m here at the border of Texas and Mexico as an intern for @fellowshipsouthwest for 5+ weeks learning about migrant care, immigration, and advocacy. I applied to come so that I could see for myself what was happening here and perhaps hear from people their stories as to why they are here and what it’s been like for them so far on their journey. You can find me online as ‘Sejana Shines’!
